We therefore, can only guarantee delivery to KERBSIDE or in most cases a driveway as long as it has an adequate hard standing area.We CAN deliver if-;1. You have an even, smooth and /or hardstanding area.2. There are no obstructions such as trees. etc3. Your location has enough room to accept a 18t lorry (sometimes we will deliver using a 7.5t lorry for one or two single bulk bags or half pallets of small bags)4. You have enough room on your driveway - If not, delivery will be made to KERBSIDEWe CANâT deliver if-;1. The pallet is to be offloaded onto gravel, stone, grass or an uneven surface2. The lorry had to go on a slope3. There are obstructions such as trees etc4. The pallet to be lifted over a KERB.

Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
