The CMT ITK Plus 190mm circular saw blade (part no. 272.190.42M) is engineered for contractors and remodellers who require fast, clean cuts through wood and wood-based composites without sacrificing blade life. With a 1.7mm thin kerf, 30mm bore and 40 alternate-top-bevel teeth, it removes less material per pass, reducing load on the motor and improving cut quality across cross-cutting and ripping operations.
The blade plate is laser-cut from steel hardened to 44 HRC, fitted with SinterHIP Hi-Density carbide tips that outlast standard carbide in extended production runs. Silver-brazed tooth fixing gives the joint sufficient impact resistance for softer timbers and composite boards, whilst laser-cut sound-dampening channels and heat expansion slots control noise and vibration and prevent the plate from warping during sustained use.
An Orange Shield coating keeps the blade running cooler, resists pitch build-up and protects against corrosion, extending suitability to wet lumber asg

Refunds
